Relief is our second most popular blend as it helps relieve aches and pains due to arthritis, sports injuries, headaches and chronic conditions. For headaches, massage along hairline, temples and back of neck at first sign of pain. For sports injuries, arthritis, foot pain, muscular aches and pains, use on specific areas as needed. Bath Oil - Fill tub and pour in 1-2 capfuls. Swirl water with hands to distribute oil evenly.
