    • What does LovingEco charge for shipping?

      That depends! The cost of shipping can vary according to the product being shipped. Please check your shopping cart for details of shipping charges for your order.

    • What shipping method does LovingEco use?

      UPS Ground or US Postal Service

    • Can LovingEco ship internationally?

      Not yet! Today, LovingEco can send items only to street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that packages containing liquids cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

    • Are there ever any additional shipping fees?

      Sometimes, yes. Large items may carry additional shipping charges. Purchases shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may also incur an additional charge. Please check your shopping basket to review shipping fees.

    • How long until my order ships?

      Most orders ship within 10-14 business days of the order date. To check the status of current orders and see past orders, visit My Account

    • Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same box?

      Your order might include items that originate from different locations or vendors. When that’s the case, multiple packages may ship to fulfill a single order.

    • Is it possible to get shipping insurance?

      All LovingEco packages shipped via UPS are insured directly by the shipping company. If your product ships via USPS (US Postal Service), we cannot add shipping insurance. Please email our customer service team if you have additional questions regarding insurance at help@lovingeco.com.

    • How do I unsubscribe from your email newsletter?

      That’s easy! Here are the steps: 1. Go to My Account 2. Click on 'Newsletter Subscriptions' 3. Uncheck the box next to ''LovingEco Newsletter/Offers.' 4. Click on 'Save' Button. Please allow up to 5 days for our records to be updated. You can still shop at LovingEco at any time.

    • I forgot my password. Can you tell me what it is?

      Passwords are secret! They're encrypted, so even we can't see them. But they're also easy to reset. Follow the simple steps below and we'll email you a new password. Then, you can change it to one you’ll remember. 1. Go to My Account. 2. Under My Account information, click on 'Change Password'. 3. Click on the 'Save' button.

    • How do I change my email address?

      That's easy! Here are the simple steps: 1. Go to My Account 2. Click on 'Account Dashboard' on the left sidebar. 3. On the Contact Information box, click on 'edit'. 4. Change your email address in the 'Email Address' field. 5. Click on the 'Save' button.

    • Has my account been charged for the order I placed?

      Orders placed using a credit or debit card are authorized for the amount due at the order submission. If we are unable to ship any of your items, you will see two transactions: 1) a charge for the total amount and 2) the refunded portion for canceled items.


    • What is LovingEco’s return policy?

      Since the great deals you find at LovingEco Sales are limited-time offers, there are no returns or exchanges except in the case of faulty merchandise. For items that are eligible for return, LovingEco must receive the item unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of when the item was delivered to you, and you are responsible for shipping costs.

    • How do I make a return?

      For items that are returnable, a return or exchange is easy. Just make sure you request your RMA within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing: returns@lovingeco.com. You are responsible for the cost to ship the item back to us. Please note, outbound shipping charges are non-refundable (except for the return of faulty goods).

    • How do I make an exchange?

      If noted in the description, non-final sales or non Flash Sales items may be exchanged for a different size (based on stock availability). Original shipping costs are not refunded and you are responsible for the new shipping costs. To exchange an item, email exchanges@lovingeco.com.

    • What does Price Assurance mean?

      Price Assurance is LovingEco’s promise to bring you the best price online for every item in our inventory. If you purchase a product from LovingEco and find a better price on the Internet for that item within 5 days, we will match the price and refund you the difference for a credit towards a future purchase on LovingEco. Simply contact customer service support@lovingeco.com with a link to the competitor’s offer, along with your LovingEco purchase details.
